Architectural Wonder in the Indian Ocean
The St Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort...Where do I start?
A couple of months ago I decided I was in need of some creative inspiration and a good dose of 'Vitamin Sea'. I've been to the Maldives 12 times (13 including this trip) and am hooked. I guess you could call it my happy place and I'm always dreaming of returning to those turquoise lagoons and powder white beaches. So I started to research some of the new hotels and resorts that had opened there... Around that time an article in Conde Naste Traveller caught my attention and I was intrigued by the architecture of the newly opened St Regis Maldives Vommuli resort. I had never been to the Dhaalu atoll and decided that this would be my opportunity to do so.
